Feature Request: Add logging capabilities.

I just want to be able to see capture the log output. I know I can run a tee command but since I am running soularr in docker on unraid, that's not terribly useful, since it's all automated and anything I change gets wiped anyway.

I would not like anything particularly fancy. Just a log file and maybe a size limit.

Other ideas would be log viewer that is filterable or just different levels of what is logged but that is just gravy. I'm trying to get meat.
