adding data to database not working

When I click the SignUp button the server just keeps on loading and gives no response. I'm stuck. Please help. Also in the end says : "localhost did not send any data ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE".

I can say u are using nodejs so,u are rendering the data from one channel to other channel.
The problem mostly be in the other channel ,check the other channel the code is working ,try to debug it once
