Using tool on targeted gene panel sequencing data

Hello! Thank you for sharing your tool. I was wondering if ngs-filters can only be used on whole exome sequencing, or if it can be used on variant calls from targeted gene panel sequencing (~350 genes), as well. Thank you so much!
