Any possibility to add --retain-all-info, --retain-all-fmt and --retain-all-ann arguments? (just like --everything in VEP) Given that I need to retain everything in VCF from VEP so that I can view everything in a single MAF file, whatever tags are present in input VCF files (e.g. from single-sample/paired-sample modes).
