Add support for compressed ELFs

qcom ELFs can be compressed using lzma or gzip. The compressed segments are assigned a special `LOADOS` type, and will be decompressed during runtime by XBL. This is supported since at least MBN v6(possibly also v5). I think this feature can be also implemented in `qtestsign` with some reverse enginnering work.
