Batch summary metrics are averaged with the initial zero

I tried to open a PR but got an error.

Anyways in trainer.py it should be like that. Otherwise the metrics are averaged with zero and therefore inaccurate

-        batchsummary = {a: [0] for a in fieldnames}
+        batchsummary = {a: [] for a in fieldnames}
