No audio loops on tools+brushes

Tools and brushes that are supposed to play loops with spatial audio do not work. I've known about this for a while but I'm still pinning down in code where exactly this is supposed to happen.

This is from deleting Gvr_AudioSources during the beginning of the port trying to get the app to build. Tool audio appears to be working now, still nothing on brush audio though
