Dashboard restrictions not working properly #1647

Something a little bit odd going on. Was working when I added a single Dashboard restriction, but when I added another, nothing showed up. This shouldn't be possible as it should appear if any filters have results.
Case to try -- Fiji LIVE data, logged in as the main reviewer, using MPQ1 form. If we add "draftReviews" restrictions, we get results on the Dashboard. However adding any other restriction means nothing shows up.
Perhaps the logic is being applied as "AND" rather than "OR" when applying multiple filters?
