Should mention in the README.md to download protoc for M1 #205
Description
I'm on an M1 and initially couldn't build the container on my Mac. After talking with TianMao we got it working by downloading these "protocol buffers" on https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf/releases/tag/v3.20.0
I assume this might be a common issue among users of this program, so we may want to add this in a Troubleshooting section in the README.md or in build instructions.
