Cleanup javadeprecated

Summary:
* Remove the `thrift-fbandroid` target which is nearly identical to `thrift` and appears to be unused.
* Remove the `thrift-tservlet` target which looks useless and unused.
* Remove `.autodeps.toml` and `.gitignore` the content of which also looks useless.
