Match Start Quotes not displaying, even for old matchups with quotes

All matchups give "NO QUOTE SRY", even for matches with quotes in the quotes-corp.edn and quotes-runner.edn files. If someone can fix the code so the existing quotes display I could write new quotes for the new IDs.
