How to use Scryer instead of SWI for Exercism exercises?

I'm a total beginner to Prolog systems, and I want to learn by doing Prolog exercises.

I want to use Scryer instead of SWI for the Prolog exercises on Exercism. If I want to run the provided unit tests I need to run the command swipl -f <exercise>.pl -s <exercise>_tests.plt -g run_tests,halt -t 'halt(1)'.

From what I understand from scryer-prolog --help, scryer-prolog -f correspond to swipl -f none? Does this mean that I can't run <exercise>.pl as an init file with Scryer?

Could you provide an example of one of these files? If the tests file is just ISO Prolog or otherwise compatible with Scryer (SWI has different libraries, a wider set of builtin (as in, always available) predicates, and even the same predicates but in different modules than Scryer), the way you'd do something similar with Scryer is scryer-prolog -f <exercise>_tests.pl -g run_tests,halt. We don't have the -t option yet (basically what is run if there is something like a syntax error in you file) but you can use scryer-prolog -f <exercise>_tests.pl -g 'catch(run_tests,_,halt(1)),halt' instead and it will work close enough.

HELP.md contains the instructions on how to run the tests. This is just the first simple exercise to make sure the student has the toolchain setup.

Yeah, ok, this is using plunit, and also the argv flag. This won't run in Scryer because these are SWI specific.
