Startup Diagnostics

I would appreciate a verbose information option (perhaps scryer-prolog --verbose) which provide:

• debug or release build.
• maybe a version number
• build time and date
• location from where it is being run from
• libraries loaded automatically, and if available, their versions
• host name scryer-prolog was built on.

The first two are the most important, since someone may want to check they are running the scryer-prolog they think they are.
