Analysis Perspectives

Each paper has 5 analyses:

File Perspective Focus
stage_1_analysis.md Precision Key insights, quotes
stage_2_analysis.md Karpathy-style First-principles technical

stage_4_analysis.md Strategic Business/market view

Common Tasks

Adding a new paper:

  1. Add to curriculum.md in appropriate section
  2. Run python tools/paper_processor.py (requires API key)
  3. Run python tools/reimagine_analyses.py to format

Updating navigation:

python tools/generate_readme.py
python tools/reimagine_analyses.py

Regenerating analyses (optional):

pip install -r requirements.txt
export OPENAI_API_KEY=...  # or ANTHROPIC_API_KEY
python tools/paper_processor.py

Writing Style

  • No emojis except star for priority papers
  • Clean typography, clear hierarchy
  • First-principles, conversational tone
  • Balance technical depth with accessibility
  • Every page has navigation links
