Check multiple files

Hi, when trying out pylyzer, I found a little weird that you can only provide one file to check.
Currently, if I do:

pylyzer file1.py file2.py file3.py

only the first file is checked, the other files are simply ignored.

I think having the ability to provide multiple files like this would be nice. It's possible with ruff for instance. You can do this, and it will even remove all duplicates:

ruff check good.py bad.py bad2.py bad.py

Or is there another reason why it was decided that pylyzer should only check a single file?

Actually, I'm interested in this because I wanted to contribute to this project by creating a pre-commit-hook. And when you run a tool with pre-commit, it actually runs you tool and provides all the files to check a sequence of args.

I took a quick look at the code, mainly in config.rs, and saw that if you run:

pylyzer [...] -- args

the arguments after the -- will be passed on as runtime args to the Erg config. Is that actually used? I didn't see it documented anywhere

Checking multiple files has been implemented (glob patterns are also supported). However, the following features are not yet implemented, so if you want to improve it, please send me a PR.

• A file should only be checked once, but the current implementation checks the same file multiple times if it is specified more than once. Duplicates should be removed, e.g. by canonicalizing paths and packing them into a HashSet.
• If any of the specified files/patterns do not exist or do not match anything, report errors and exit with 1 (other existing files should be checked).

runtime_args is not used in command line mode. It is mainly used in language server mode to pass settings to the language server (options to enable/disable features).
