When I run the module, the only thing in the given output folder is a folder called logs/. In this folder I see checkpoints and stuff, but I would have expected a more obvious "here is the final output CNN". It would also be nice if in the README you talked a little bit about the output folder's setup, what there is, where to find it, and how to use the output.
Regarding the how to use the output, if there is going to be a follow on for running the trained models (which your comments on the extension index PR indicate there might be) you should mention something about that in the README.
