Connect to the server with local-infile

I can't set the system variable local-infile (mysql) when adding a connection through the UI.

Add an option for local-infle when setting up connection, or an input for system variables in general.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None worked

Additional context
Setting a connection object in settings.json does not add it to the list of connections in UI tab.
