Kyc video upload not working for folgory #108
Description
To whom it may concern,
I I have been pushed to completing a video kyc managed by your app for folgory exchange. This video does not upload to the YouTube channel, nor do I imagine it goes for verification to folgory. I believe I managed to side step the many obstacles you have put up on this app and sent the video through, however I have not received any confirmation that it went through from either side( yours or folgory) what is the purpose of your app if not just to be an obstacle to me claiming my assets off of the exchange.
