Installation instructions for Microsoft Windows

Looked in the readme and noticed there was a quickstart script, but its Linux ONLY. I don't want to deal with Docker (I dealt with Docker in the past and it was a total nightmare) and WSL is too terrible and also doesn't have GPU support, but I'm willing to perform the installation manually. How do I install LocalAI on Microsoft Windows, if that's even supported? I understand all reasoning for not offering Windows versions.

PS, I would use VMs, but LocalAI most likely requires an Nvidia GPU which I cannot pass to a VM under Windows.
