[combobox] `Combobox.Input` value reset on re-renders

Current behavior

At Combobox.Root with non-memoized items and value set to empty string, Combobox.Input value is getting reset during re-renders.

Yes, this effect/branch should be the issue, but this is not a bug technically

Combobox doesn't support <Combobox.Item value={...}> differing from the type of value/defaultValue on <Combobox.Root>. The types have to match, and there's also the additional constraint of referential equality (which can be adjusted with isItemEqualToValue)
