[menu]: Menu Trigger `:active` pseudo-class not working when opening menu

Bug report

The :active pseudo-class does not trigger on the Menu Trigger component when opening the menu.

Current behavior

The :active state is not applied to the Menu Trigger when clicking to open the menu, preventing custom active state styles from being displayed.

Expected behavior

When clicking on the Menu Trigger to open the menu, the :active CSS pseudo-class should be applied during the click interaction, allowing visual feedback through CSS styles.

Popover.Trigger Doesn't have this problem

:active doesn't work when an element is triggered on mousedown (which is the case for Menu + Select) and focus moves into the popup once it opens: https://jsfiddle.net/evtxaq2s/. Popover doesn't have the issue since it opens on click.

There's a separate issue here: #1726. Currently, you'd need to workaround it manually with your own event listeners, e.g. add data-active on pointerdown and remove it on pointerup
