[combobox] Chip is focusable when Root is disabled

Current behavior

When Combobox.Root is disabled, Combobox.Chip is focusable when clicked.

(document.activeElement is the chip element)

Expected behavior

Combobox.Chip is not focusable when the combobox is disabled.
