[code-infra] Update browser support to all projects #1068
Description
Summary
It seems that we have a new browser support guideline/strategy: mui/base-ui#3235.
It's a bit different from what, e.g., J.P. Morgan uses on its design system, but that seems fine. For the sake of simplicity, it looks like we should normalize this strategy anytime we have a new major window to ship the change.
