[charts] Consider adding auto sizing for axes

Consider adding auto sizing for axes. This feels particularly useful when developers are showing dynamic data and don't know how large the tick labels will be.

• @alexfauquette mentions this might have SSR implications, so we might not be able to make it the default, but it should be an option.

• potential issue if labels are too long. SHoudl probably have a maxWidth
