[scheduler] Import the date adapter from Base UI

In this PR:

• Import the adapter and everything related to it from a Base UI package instead of duplicating the logic.
• Use the same defaults as the Base UI Calendar and Field components

Not in this PR:

• Document how to use a custom adapter / custom locale
