[scheduler] Timezone Issue 10: Rename props.timezone and selector.uiTimezone #20647
Description
Right now we have the proptimezone and the selector uiTimezone, that can be confusing. The proposal is to use displayTimezone as Mobiscroll does, which adds explicitness and clarity.
