Release after UI redesign

Thanks to @ThibaultJanBeyer we now have a wonderful UI!

Changes in this version:

• Messages that can also disappear after a certain amount of time
• Login handled in Popup as second page
• Options page was removed
• Buttons to copy username or password to the clipboard
