Make mulle-sprintf independent of sprintf with dragonbox or some such

Currently mulle-sprintf is not a real replacement for sprintf, as it lacks FP to string capability. It's possibly a non-issue, but it would be nice to not rely on it. For the "big" view, it would be nice to have a mulle-c, that does not rely on any standard C library.
