Apply relay filters only to the Exit server and not to the Entry relay when multihop is enabled

Feature description

Apply relay filters (provider, ownership) only to the Exit and not to the Entry when multihop is enabled.
This way, the Mullvad App can use all relays for the Entry server and only the filtered servers for the Exit.
I am currently using a filter of 7 hosting providers, and the Mullvad App selects Entry relays from Europe when I connect to a country or region in North America.

Hello @kimmi1206, thanks for the feature request.

This is something we are actively working on fixing. We merged the support this in the daemon at the end of last year. However, there are some caveats of migrating existing users causing some delays. I can't give you a timeline but I can say this is something we will work on in the near future.
