Fix podman error in containerized deployment

- Temporarily disable MCPToolset in installation_analyst_agent to prevent 'podman' command not found error
- The agent was trying to start a separate container using podman from within the container
- This fix allows queries to run successfully without crashing
- Added comprehensive containerized deployment documentation and scripts
- TODO: Configure MCP server to run directly in same process for full functionality
