editor: Missing spawn check for F6 mode

**Describe the bug**
if you die in F6 mode, you can't spawn again unless you reconnect or start full test, which sucks for large maps 

**To Reproduce**

1. start editor
2. press f6
3. give yourself a vehicle from admin panel
4. blow vehicle
5. now you can't spawn

**Expected behavior**
player shouldn't die in f6 mode
