bug: project name not checked during scaffold creation resulting in invalid project generation

I created a scaffold with the name lottery.multiversex. It created a project invalid Cargo.toml and rust code .

Rust does not allow package names to contain dots. Only letters, numbers and underscores. We will also add a check for that when using templates
