Description

OK/Cancel buttons have different ordering and sizes across dialogs in Mupen and its plugins.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open settings dialog, compare with movie dialog

Expected behavior

All OK/Cancel buttons appear in the same order with the same margins and the same sizes.
