Allow going backwards/forwards in parameter palette #468

Rationale
If you made a mistake while inputting parameters, you have to close and re-open the palette, losing your progress in the process.
Proposal Summary
The parameter palette should have buttons to go back and forwards one step.
It would also be clever to expose the current Shift+Enter ("Try skip to end") functionality as a button as well.
