What is gem's license?

The jquery.raty.js file is MIT license, but I do not see an license in the gemspec or anything mentioned in git/gem contents that indicate what type of license the gem has, and we want to make sure we are able to legally use this. Can you let us know what it is, and also add a license file and update gemspec to include license. Thanks
