Hi there — this exists in my suite of MuseScore plugins which I've been developing over the last year — check them out! |

Dorico now has a proofreading feature: https://youtu.be/96yL2Hz3xh4?si=o_L4sjZt-C1KBnhk.
Short and simple question: does anybody think this is an exciting or necessary feature, something that just perhaps might be desirable for Musescore?
There is a lot of jank, and I think Musescore's workflow is well structured enough that a lot of the problems flagged in the video wouldn't occur for a conscientious user.
When I proofread my own scores, the majority of what I find wouldn't be flagged by Dorico's feature, such as missing ties, slurs and articulations, and lapses in engraving consistency.
