Add musical spoons to muse perc for bluegrass/folk music. Spoons have a similar-ish timbre to castanets, but sound can differ depending on open/closed palm, downstroke vs. upstroke, and generally have different kinds of hits/rolls. I record audio samples for virtual instruments and would be happy to record some spoons samples if you are interested. Spoons are used in a variety of genres and I believe they are common enough to be of interest to add to muse percussion.
