Key signature moves one measure back when changing time signature

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Add key signature somewhere in score
2. Somewhere before that, insert a time signature that is equivalent to the existing time signature (e.g. 6/8 and 3/4)

The key signature moves one measure to the left.

Also reproducible by deleting a time signature that causes an equivalent one to become active.
