Scores not fully loading

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Click on any score
2. notice how only the first page loads and the rest don’t
3. try press the button to play the score and it won’t work

In short, I am, unable to access the scores even though I am a PRO + member and should be allowed to access official scores as well as free ones.

Supporting files, videos and screenshots

There is no need to send a picture as the scores simply don’t load

Yes, this used to work in a previous version of MuseScore 4.x

macOS, iPhone 13, multiple different iPads.

Additional context

As stated before, scores simply do not fully load. Free ones or official ones. When I try to lay the score, the bar at the top just keeps loading and nothing happens.

Hi there. I see the issue has been resolved just earlier today. I also wanted to quickly ask if there is a person I can get in contact with about my refund? I have not had any success and all I get is automated emails and I am desperate to get in contact with an actual person. I do apologise for asking you this as this isn’t your department, I am just hoping you could help as I have been unable to get ANY assistance from an actual person.

MuseScore.com indeed had an outage earlier today, preventing some scores from being loaded. Good to hear it's fixed.

Regarding MuseScore.com customer support, all we can suggest is emailing to support@musescore.com. If that still doesn't lead to a reply within a few days, let me know here, and give the details of your case (e.g. MuseScore.com username) so that I can ask them via an internal channel what's the status.
