At the very least, when text is truncated in these buttons anywhere in the app, they should show a tooltip when hovering over them. This could be the interim solution here.

But it might be good to rethink the design a little bit and swap the two-column grid of buttons out for a dropdown when there are lots of long labels.

Let's start with trying to add tooltips now (per @avvvvve's suggestion), and tackle an improved design in a follow-up release.
