Notehead parentheses for individual notes in perfect unison do not always update correctly when edit is performed on selection

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Input a chord containing a perfect unison interval.
2. Select one of the unison notes (if issue doesn't present, repeat these steps selecting the other note)
3. Turn on notehead parentheses
4. Select entire chord and turn on notehead parentheses.
   RESULT: The notehead chosen at step 2 has its own set of parentheses in addition to the parentheses enclosing the whole chord.
5. Select entire chord and turn off notehead parentheses.
   RESULT: The notehead chosen at step 2 keeps its parentheses.
