Convert sf3 to sf2

It would be logical to have a possibility to convert something back from sf3 to sf2. I am not insisting that it's possible -- I don't know if it is. But if it is, it would be nice to have.

The reason I want this is because the default Musescore's MuseScore_General.sf3 is impossible to load into fluidsynth (as of 1.1.10), but I like its sounds much more than FluidR3_GM.sf2's.

waiting for this too, although not for fluidsynth, but for simutrans, it stopped accepting .sf3 and i want to use the MuseScore General Soundfont because its heaps better than Windows General Soundfont (at least at fitting the style of simutrans music)
