13+ < p > We are pleased to announce that the Music Encoding Conference 2025 will offer
14+ a limited number of travel bursaries of 500€ each to support students, early-career
15+ scholars and under-resourced researchers who wish to participate.</ p >

17+ < p > These bursaries aim to help cover travel and accommodation costs, ensuring broader
18+ access to the conference. While priority may be given to authors of accepted
19+ submissions, < strong > all eligible participants</ strong > are encouraged to apply.</ p >

22+ Bursary recipients will be selected based on the applications submitted, with decisions

34+ scholar (including those from low-income institutions or countries).</ li >

36+ < li > Communicate in their application how their attendance at the
37+ conference will benefit and/or contribute to the Music Encoding Community</ li >

43+ < p > The Music Encoding Conference will take place on 3-6 June 2025 at City University,
44+ London, UK. It is an important event for scholars in digital editing, digital musicology and digital libraries, and
45+ is the annual meeting of the Music Encoding Initiative (MEI) community.</ p >
