I'm Karsten, a hobby photographer from Bavaria, Germany. I have been using this plugin for a couple of years and have contributed to it by making it work for my OM System cameras and adding the metadata browser. I had more things on my mind that could be improved, but my free time did not allow me to get involved. Now, as a retiree, time is no longer an issue, so I decided 1 year ago to kiss the plugin awake from its slumber, add comprehensive and consistent camera support, and give it a UI that is comfortable to use and provides all necessary information to evaluate focusing results.

The discussion area has been created to ease the exchange with users, answering questions, collecting and discussing ideas for new features.

So please feel free to engage yourself as a plugin user - comment on existing topics or create new topics to cover your needs or wishes.

This is a standard EXIF tag (https://exiv2.org/tags.html):

If you want to explore metadata rather than looking for specific tags, I recomment to use ExifToolGUI which displays the metadata in a structured format including group headers, so you can better figure out where a specific tag is coming from.
