Add Calendar component with ability to select datetime range

It would be great if a Calendar component could be added which allows selecting a datetime range in the one component. E.g. Select Start date and then End date, and change start/end times if needed as well, all in the one calendar interface.

Bonus: highlight "today"!
Bonus bonus: highlight other days with custom styling, tooltips, icons, based on an array of params.

I like this idea.

I think this belongs as a separate module, with interactions with Periscope (similar to how Charts currently works).

Here's what I'd like to see to move this forward:

1. Pick a component library that provides date + time related components.
2. Build a new module that provides Perspective components from that library.

My vote for this is Mantine.
