Feature Request: add support for `videoTracks`

Hello.

We have a WebCodecs-based video player that implements videoTracks. As it currently stands, media-chrome supports audioTracks and videoRenditions, but not videoTracks even though the media-tracks package does . It seems to me that the VideoTrackList and AudioTrackList are almost identical and either turning media-audio-track-menu/media-audio-track-menu-button into universal track selection elements or adding a separate pair of media-video-track-menu and media-video-track-menu-button shouldn't be difficult.
