Doc generation on Windows failed to work

Expected Behavior

Access the html doc on the host via the web browser.

Current Behavior

Error and warning messages are generated.
The html doc is not accessible.

Steps to Reproduce

Within docs folder,

• run npm run dev.

Windows OS
