Exclude manual/skipped jobs

In our case we have a lot of manual or skipped jobs that need to be excluded from the dashboard/exporting.
For example AVG on the dashboard counts all kinds of this job with skipped and manual which obviously not run.

I can't see any possibility to select parameters to exclude.

Hmm. Haven't run into this. We do have a lot of such jobs, but it could be that the queries I'm doing don't care?
