No installation instructions

There are no proper README or INSTALL files for the project, and the README for the Hubris code doesn't explain what to do with the Haskell end either.

this project is deprecated - I merged it into mwotton/Hubris, mostly because I wanted to be able to test it as a unit. I should probably get some of the docs raphael speyer wrote up into the mainline.

Ah. I did a pull today of both projects to try to get back into working with Hubris. Didn't realize they were now one project. Hubris didn't install because it didn't have the Hubrify thing, so I may be misunderstanding what's needed to get the whole thing running. I feel so out of touch .. :(

yeah, slowly trying to get them all going nicely together. there's a hudson server at https://ci.shimweasel.com/job/hubris/ now, and a build script in script/ci.sh
