Make this public and acticve

We should have a separate repository for MXCUBE configuration - we have discussed this. Only I cannot push to this PR to this or fork it, because this repository is private. Instead I have made what should be an updated version at https://github.com/rhfogh/mxcube_configuration.

Could we please get this set up so that this repository is 

- Accessible
- Forkable
- Used
